**Role**:
As part of their ongoing growth, our client is looking to recruit an additional, experienced Financial Services Administrator, to work out of fabulous, modern offices at Houghton-le-Spring. The office benefits from free parking and good transport links. This is a regional office and part of a larger organisation and offers a face-paced and varied role, working within a small and experienced team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing meeting packs for Advisers
- Liaising with providers and clients via telephone
- Dealing with client queries e.g. withdrawals/death of a client/change of address/fund switches/trust documents
