**Job Title: Energy Services Administrator**
**Accountable to: Energy Insights Manager**
**Job Purpose**
DBS is seeking an administrator who has critical thinking, curiosity, and an ambition to develop a broad commercial and technical skillset.
Reporting to the Energy Insights Manager, the post holder will perform a variety of activities supporting the Energy Services function.
The role will primarily focus on providing oversight and support management of the identification, qualification, development, and delivery, of Energy Services projects across a variety of technologies.
**Key Objectives**
- To ensure all deal flow is tracked and documented by capturing updates provided from the Energy Services Engineering & Sales functions.
- Liaise with stakeholders on the management and reporting of sales opportunities and project specific activities.
- Maintain stock and inventory management.
- Coordinate post room activity (goods in/out) ensuring project specific equipment is in the right place, at the right time.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to Energy Services systems including CRM, Sharepoint, and other file repositories and data platforms as developed.
- Support the creation of regular management reports in a pre-defined format.
- The collation, recording, and modelling, of energy and energy related data.
- Support customer meetings where required.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, bids, and contractual documentation.
- Maintain a bid library
- Support marketing campaigns including social media content
- Support management of the Departmental diary.
- Planning workflow and managing own time, ensuring work is effectively delivered on time, in full.

- Intermediate/ advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of the current energy sector
**Experience**
**Essential**
- Full driving licence
- 3 years + experience in similar role or demonstrable, transferable skills.
- Project management experience
**Desirable**

**Communication and working relationships**
Liaison with employees at all levels of the business in all roles to promote and support Energy Services activity and product deployment.
**Staff Development**
All staff are required to participate fully in staff development and have a responsibility to identify their own personal development needs in conjunction with their line manager.
**Qualifications**
Relevant qualifications (business admin and / or project management) preferred however work experience and demonstrable skills in relevant fields a must.
