Compliance and Administration Officer

We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Administration Officer to join our growing team, ensuring seamless processing of sales data from the point of sale through to supplier verification. You will play a pivotal part in the sales journey and willsupport in identifying and minimising potential sticking points to guarantee satisfaction for both internal and external parties.
You will be a senior member of the Compliance team, with the ability to oversee and support other Officers and assist with queries, deal with problems and be the go-to compliance expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales information and make sure all relative information/documentation is compliant.
- Resolve issues that arise to enable business and industry processes to be completed successfully.
- Maintain thorough and accurate sales information.
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
- Use various database systems and technology to deliver sales information.
- Liaise with energy suppliers on behalf of the company to ensure that information is accurate.
- Lock in requests
- Communicate with suppliers over the telephone.
- Update excel trackers
- Be able to deal with ad hoc duties as the business requires them.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Experience within a senior administration role, where you have supported other team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Resilient and ambitious personality.
- Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Well organised.
- Computer literate.
- Flexible to suit the needs of the business.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the energy sector would be beneficial.
