We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Professional to join our Primary Care Team at Grangewood Surgery. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, initially covering maternity leave for 37 hours per week.

About Our Services

We offer a range of services, including routine appointments, specialist clinics, and emergency care. Our team works closely with local healthcare providers to ensure seamless referrals and coordination of care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the practice team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and filing.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, either in person or via telephone.
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMIS Web. A strong foundation in English and Maths (GCSE grade 9-5) and relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or Health and Social Care are also desirable.
