**The Corporate Services Administrator Role**:
DBS is seeking an administrator, to support our Corporate Services function, who has critical thinking, curiosity, and an ambition to develop a broad commercial skillset.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will perform a variety of administrative tasks.

- Base salary ranging from £23,000 - £27,000 (Per Annum).

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To ensure all customer interactions are tracked and documented by capturing updates provided from the Energy Trader and Key Account Management functions.
- Liaise with stakeholders on the management and reporting of customer on-boarding and in-contract management activities.
- Methodical and diligent approach to record keeping and management reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to Trading and Customer Management systems including CRM, SharePoint, and other file repositories and data platforms as developed.
- Flexibility to suit need of the business - provide assistance for any ad hoc duties as requested, contributing to the dynamic needs of the business.
- Support management of the Departmental diary.
- Support the creation of regular management reports in a pre-defined format.
- The collation, recording, and modelling, of energy and energy related data.
- Support customer meetings where required.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, bids, and contractual documentation.
- Work alongside other departments.
- Ability to act on own initiative and prioritise own workload as well as working in a team.
- Planning workflow and managing own time, ensuring work is effectively delivered on time, in full.

**Communication and Working Relationships**

Liaison with employees at all levels of the business to promote and support Energy Trading and Customer Management functions.

**Staff Development**

All staff are required to participate fully in staff development and have a responsibility to identify their own personal development needs in conjunction with their line manager.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Relevant qualifications (business admin and / or project management) preferred however work experience and demonstrable skills in relevant fields a must.

Skilled in MS Office Suite of software and the ability to learn new systems.

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
