An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen with one of my multi award winning clients based on the Fylde Coast. I am looking for an experienced, credible, and confident Senior Administrator ideally with some PA experience also. This role reports to the CEO and founder of the business and will also be supporting the senior leadership team, you will provide project management and complete administrative support to the SLT.

Please note this is a full time and permanent role, applicants may only apply if you are already based within commutable distance to the Fylde Coast and must hold a driving licence and access to your own car.

• Someone who will support the senior leadership team with administrative support to the highest level to lead multiple and varied administrative tasks.
• A confident, loyal, trustworthy, dynamic, credible person who can hold their own with external and internal stakeholders.
• Someone unafraid to take responsibility, ensuring the organisation runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Good project leadership skills,
• Someone with a demonstrated background in customer service and admin duties
• Exceptional organisation and excellent administration duties is a must.

The ideal candidate must have
• Full proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
• A strong background in admin/PA/customer skills.
• Must have an organised and diligent approach to work.
• Experience working on all aspects of projects, through all stages of work, from concept to completion.
• Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.
• Must have an organised and diligent approach to work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• At least FIVE years of similar admin experience
• Must have own transport due to moving between multiple offices

The role broken down:
• Responsible for all administration and PA support
• Provide strong project leadership and administration with exceptional communication throughout.
• Support the CEO and SLT with all and any type of admin responsibilities
• Provide regular and timely updates and progress reports to the Directors and/or Associates.
• Respond effectively to complex questions and troubleshoot problems
• Apply strategic thinking to projects. Forecast, identify, and communicate effectively
