**About Us**:
We are a school in Newton le Willows seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is an opportunity to process wages and provide vital support in HR Administration. We are committed to offering excellent training, including the possibility of CIPD certification, and we support great career progression. With 11 weeks of holidays, our benefits package is outstanding.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Process and manage payroll efficiently (experience required)
Provide HR administrative support (training can be provided)
Assist in maintaining personnel records
Handle employee enquiries related to HR and payroll
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in payroll administration is essential and HR experience is desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
