HR and Payroll Specialist

Imperial Recruitment Group is a leading recruitment agency, currently working with a global organisation based in Newton Aycliffe. Due to their continuous growth, they are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Assistant to join their Human Resources Team on a part-time basis.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will involve providing HR administrative support within the HR team and payroll support to the Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, responsible for managing onboarding and induction of new employees, absence management, and return to work processes.
- Manage the leaver process, including exit interviews and offboarding.
- Prepare monthly reports as required.
- Reconcile monthly payroll reports ensuring accuracy for Multiple Entitles.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and/or Payroll, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel. They will be numerate, methodical, and able to provide excellent customer service to managers and employees.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- CIPD Level 3 or relevant experience.
- Prior HR and/or Payroll experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
