About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires the ability to work independently as a sole practitioner/IFA, with the support of paraplanning and administrative facilities.

  • Provide holistic financial planning advice to prospective and existing clients, ensuring their financial goals and objectives are met.
  • Undertake regular professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.
  • Act in a compliant manner and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to FCA rules and regulations.
  • Servicing the needs of existing clients and creating new opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Frequent client meetings with existing and prospective clients, providing a consistent service to all levels of client.

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified with a proven track record of client success.
  • CAS held within the last two years.
  • Minimum two years of face-to-face holistic financial advice experience.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of all areas of financial planning, including investments, pensions, protection, retirement options, and tax planning.
