Key Responsibilities
This Financial Assistant - Payroll and Accounts position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage the company's payroll, including processing payrolls for over 400 staff members, performing P11D calculations, and reconciling payroll. Key responsibilities include:

* Processing payroll for over 400 staff members, including both 4 weekly and monthly payrolls
* Performing P11D calculations and reconciliation of payroll
* Posting payroll into management accounts
* Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
* Managing pension submissions and internal auditing on payroll data, including staff hours, overtime, and expenses
