Your Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing incoming emails and telephone calls, logging them into our support system
  • Managing the support system to ensure timely responses to customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
