Child Contact Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate our child contact services in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of these services, providing a safe and welcoming environment for children to spend time with their parents or carers.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the child contact services, including supervising staff and volunteers, maintaining records, and developing programmes to support families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Child Contact Services
  • Supervise staff and volunteers
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics
  • Develop and implement programmes to support families
  • Work closely with local agencies and partners to promote the centre's services

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
