**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Family Hubs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative services and supporting families in need.
**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient front-of-house services, managing data, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Family Hub. This includes:
- Providing a welcoming and helpful service to visitors, particularly children, young people, and families.
- Managing data input and updates on Management Information Systems.
- Administering Request for Support forms, Early Help referrals, and other relevant processes.
- Providing visitors with relevant information about the Family Hub and local services.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Update and maintain accurate records on Management Information Systems.
- Coordinate the administration of Request for Support forms and Early Help referrals.
- Liaise with Asset Management and Property Services to ensure building services are up to date.
- Maintain and update Family Hub timetables, leaflets, and literature.
- Provide administrative support for the service, including budget monitoring and purchasing.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Significant experience in administration, preferably in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in using various IT software packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and management information systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under minimal supervision.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
