**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Family Hubs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative services and supporting families in need.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient front-of-house services, managing data, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Family Hub. This includes:

  • Providing a welcoming and helpful service to visitors, particularly children, young people, and families.
  • Managing data input and updates on Management Information Systems.
  • Administering Request for Support forms, Early Help referrals, and other relevant processes.
  • Providing visitors with relevant information about the Family Hub and local services.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will:

  1. Manage the reception area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  2. Update and maintain accurate records on Management Information Systems.
  3. Coordinate the administration of Request for Support forms and Early Help referrals.
  4. Liaise with Asset Management and Property Services to ensure building services are up to date.
  5. Maintain and update Family Hub timetables, leaflets, and literature.
  6. Provide administrative support for the service, including budget monitoring and purchasing.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in administration, preferably in a busy office environment.
  • Proficiency in using various IT software packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and management information systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under minimal supervision.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
