About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Abm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the operations team
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Assist with special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
