As a Child Contact Centre Manager at YMCA BOURNEMOUTH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of vulnerable children and families within your local area.
Role DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include: coordinating family time sessions, managing staff and volunteers, fostering partnerships with external stakeholders, and addressing safeguarding concerns.
Main Tasks:- Implement robust procedures for managing family time, prioritising the safety of all parties involved.
- Effectively communicate with families, Local Authorities, social workers, and other professionals to resolve contact issues.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and volunteers to ensure they operate within established guidelines.
- A recognised qualification in children's services or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar management or supervision role.
- A valid UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access.
