We are seeking a Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Paragon Skills. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and engaging pre-enrolment experience for our learners and employers.

Responsibilities include providing a comprehensive pre-enrolment service, assisting with the self-registration process, and checking and verifying educational certificates. You will also support learners with assisted learning needs and follow up on any barriers preventing them from progressing onto their apprenticeship.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills, and experience in delivering quality service and meeting targets. A Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent) is also required. We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per year, as well as 20 days annual leave and a holiday purchase scheme.
