Customer Service Coordinator

Our Client is a leading company based in Poole, seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has exceptional communication and administration skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to records. Additionally, they will manage diaries and schedules for management and field staff, arranging meetings and prioritising tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Experience using Xero would be an advantage.
This full-time role is based in the office in Poole, offering a professional and collaborative working environment. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to make a real impact in this integral role.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between £24,000 - £29,000.
