Job Description

This role is vital to ensuring seamless support for internal and external customers with equipment repairs.

Location: Poole, Dorset
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 per annum
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours/week
Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Customer Managers to streamline administrative tasks and optimize workflows.
  2. Manage bookings for customer assets and oversee job loads to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Coordinate with sub-contractors and raise quotations to facilitate efficient repair processes.
  4. Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation to ensure accurate tracking.
  5. Deliver top-tier customer service by being proactive and committed to meeting customer needs.
  6. Maintain excellent communication skills, including a strong phone manner, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  7. Demonstrate proficiency in IT, especially MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), to support daily operations.
