About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and care leavers to live independently.

Salary: £23,400 per annum, plus £900 car allowance, mileage, and on-call allowance.

Location: Birmingham and West Midlands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and external agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
