Commercial Development Lead

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Category Development, Buying, or Account Management roles in FMCG, with deep knowledge of UK retail shoppers and customers.
Responsibilities- Analyse shopper behaviour and opportunities to drive growth in the coffee category.
- Conduct regular range reviews to ensure optimal product availability and visibility in-store.
- Develop and implement customer-specific category plans that align with their business objectives.
- Present the Category Vision and align with customers' strategies to deliver long-term coffee category growth.
- Lead on-going promotional analysis to maximise promotional effectiveness for JDE and customers.
- Support customers with range review and prioritisation.
- Evaluate range, space, sales driving activity, and advise customers on how to increase sales and profit.
- Deliver quarterly PQA's (Product Quadrant Analysis) and manage under-performing SKUs with customers and internally.
- Work with category strategy and brand teams to successfully implement NPDs and re-launches.
The role is based in the UK and requires frequent travel to meet customers and attend meetings. The ideal candidate will be mobile and willing to travel as required.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
