Remy Cointreau is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies across key business areas, including revenue growth management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG commercial experience, with a minimum of 8 years' experience across at least two disciplines. They will also have experience managing complex projects and transformational change experiences, as well as cross-functional project management including Customer, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Strategy Lead include building highly collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, developing pipeline of opportunities beyond core business AOP, and shaping the development and growth of net revenue realisation by translating detailed insights into value creating strategies and guidelines across RGM Pillars.
