This Commercial Sales Lead role is key to Jacobs Coffee success, responsible for managing key JDE customers and developing commercial relationships to grow the joint business. The role involves full P&L ownership and requires travel to customer offices.

This role is an excellent route to further career progression within Jacobs Coffee, and applicants must have both the potential and desire to progress in sales. Delivery of JDE Targets & Customer P&L including volume, Value £, GP & GP% measures using tailored customer-focused plans, NPD, promotional plans, in line with the internal commercial cycle.

Selling and embedding JDE category vision with appropriate in-store execution. Key skills and experience required include proven commercial experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, including management of a key customer, proven track record of navigating complex negotiations and managing significant commercial strategic change, comfortable using a variety of data sources to inform decision making and to develop compelling selling stories.
