As a Field Sales Channel Manager at Three, you'll drive the performance of our Medium Sales Channel by implementing strategic initiatives and activities aligned with our channel strategy, objectives, and goals. You'll be responsible for managing third-party lead generation relationships, creating innovative methods for lead and opportunity generation, and promoting the Three brand consistently across all channels. Key responsibilities include analyzing KPIs and quintile reports, setting clear expectations and action plans within the channel, representing the channel in all GTM and project activities, and developing and executing strategies to grow the channel. With a competitive annual salary of £70,000, car cash allowance, performance-based annual bonus, and flexible allowance, this role offers excellent compensation and benefits.
