**Sales Development Representative Role Overview**

The Avetta Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Avetta. Key duties include prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting to support the field sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Produce qualified leads and appointments for the Avetta sales team.
  • Achieve a quota of 9 qualified meetings per month.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and prospects.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to capture and maintain accurate lead information.
  • Participate in industry events and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
  • Pursue both cold and warm leads to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and prospect satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or inside sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
