Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing sales support and ensuring seamless customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations to customers in excel
- Understand customer requirements and obtain costing from vendors and presales teams to quote
- Assist in customer and vendor creation, when required
- Accompany sales teams for meetings with Vietnamese translation
- Control and update customer, supplier, and vendor information, qualification, credit limits, and etc.
- Sales order, project file, project control list, and related file management and update
- Maintain and update partner system and deal information
- Order processing in excel from order creation to billing and project closure
- Coordinate with suppliers on equipment arrival and expedite when required
- Prepare custom declaration documents and coordinate with logistics and tech teams on delivery/implementation schedule
- Coordinate with customers on delivery, billing, and all other issues
- Work closely with technical teams on projects and service teams on maintenance and renewal
- Frequently follow up on projects, project milestones, and project closures on a weekly basis
- Prepare cadence and project tracking reports in excel files on a weekly basis
- Work on submission templates and assist on submissions via hardcopy/softcopy
- Follow up closely with vendors, presales, and sales teams to meet submission deadlines
- Monthly bookkeeping and management accounts
- Project payment follow-up and updates
- Stock inventory record
Requirements:
- Majoring in accounting or business administration or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar positions and/or in the IT industry
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
- English communication ability
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point
- Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft systems
- Proactive, team spirit, service-oriented spirit, and amiable personality
- Able to work under pressure and fast pace
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Logicalis offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
