Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Location: South East Region London Home Counties Essex Kent Surrey Sussex

Benefits: 38,000 basic salary tax efficient company car bonus OTE (uncapped)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
  • Work closely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to assist in identifying opportunities for all product and services via sales
  • Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
  • Keep abreast of market trends competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  • Be a professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings
  • Have the ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
  • Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  • Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Van industry
  • Full UK driving licence is essential as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
