Strategic Sales Development Manager

The New Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth within the AFH business unit by fostering new relationships with independent sites and regional groups across various sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new independent accounts and regional groups to expand the out-of-home market presence, targeting sectors like Hospitality, Education, Health, and Care.
- Develop a prospect and suspect database with regional FSD partners, leveraging target market and industry insights to generate leads and appointments.
- Build and maintain a network of successful sales relationships with Full-Service Distributor Partners and sales personnel within the region, promoting a collaborative spirit and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver a qualified and quantified new business development strategy to the Segment Manager.
- Cultivate a business environment that embodies fairness, respect, and ethics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring coffee knowledge and barista skills are maintained, and product and equipment expertise is disseminated throughout the FSD structure.
Proven experience in new business environments, with a track record of successful cold calling and prospecting.
Proven ability to develop business through targeted marketing and customer engagement.
A strong hunter mentality, complemented by business acumen and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in new account management and rollout planning.
A valid full and clean driving license.
