Multilingual Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to lead our global support team at Tripadvisor. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for evaluating team performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple languages and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a global support team, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple languages and cultures
- Evaluate team performance and implement strategies to improve SLAs
- Manage escalations, complaints, and customer feedback
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer support management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM/Customer Support Tools and Web-based Content Management Systems
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
