Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated multilingual customer advisor to join our European Customer Support team at The Myers-Briggs Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across Europe, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a Business-to-Business (B2B) setting, and fluency in a European language, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Windows) is also essential. In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and pension scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, including technical support, account management, and general inquiries.
  • Support the online chat functionality and provide timely and customer-focused responses to queries.
  • Build rapport with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours or delegate tasks to colleagues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
