Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £53,500 + bonuses
We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Erin Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Lead the development and implementation of customer-facing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
