About the Job:

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Head of Contract Management who can drive service excellence, lead a team of talented individuals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering financial targets, coaching and mentoring staff, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £43,000 - £50,000, depending on location and experience.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 18 months' experience in a customer-facing management position, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry. You'll also need to demonstrate a passion for people development, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
