Leadership for Exceptional Learning:

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the student experience at Oxford Summer Courses. As the most senior member of the team, you will guide, safeguard, and elevate the learning experience for our students.

About the Role

The fixed-term position is full-time and residential, with a working pattern that includes Saturday to Saturday shifts, up to 70 hours per week, with one day off per week. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is £43,000 - £55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description: As the Learning Experience Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the program are delivered to a high standard. This includes overseeing the recruitment and training of staff, managing budgets, and evaluating program effectiveness.
