Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Strong communication and behavior management skills
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEN
- Assist in lesson planning and implementation
- Help manage behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment
