Job Title: SEN Learning Coach

We are looking for an experienced SEN Learning Coach to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Oxford. As an SEN Learning Coach, you will work closely with learners who require additional support, providing tailored guidance and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learners with SEN, SEMH, and ASD needs, adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with learners, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate learner progress, making recommendations for future support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with learners who have SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Knowledge of English, Maths, and/or Science curriculum from KS1-GCSE.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of learners.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
