The role of a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant at Academics Ltd involves working with learners who have SEMH and SEN needs, focusing on building trusting relationships and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive learning environment through empathetic approaches.
  • Encourage academic growth by tailoring teaching methods to suit each learner's needs.

With the ability to work in small group settings and possess strong communication skills, the ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting SEN learners with ASD, ADHD & PDA. Knowledge of English, Maths, and/or Science curriculum from KS1-GCSE is also required.

This opportunity offers on-site parking and a competitive salary of £83.b > 40 per week. A day shift schedule from 08:30am to 15:30pm, Monday to Friday, is also included.
