Job Description: Senior Learning Director

Oxford Summer Courses is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting them in their roles. Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of educators in delivering exceptional learning experiences
- Develop and implement educational strategies that meet the needs of our students
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of programs
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team

About You
- A seasoned educator with extensive experience in leading teams and developing educational programs
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Essential Requirements
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership or management
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design and implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role)

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
