As a Senior Project Director within AECOM's London Project Management Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their successful delivery while continuing to develop your specialized knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery on commissions to meet time, budget, and quality requirements, fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, aligning project outcomes with client objectives and contributing to business growth.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their career development, contribute to talent development initiatives, and champion a positive, high-performance team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience and technical knowledge in project management within the built environment or construction industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management.
