About the Role

You will lead a team within our Createch provision, inspiring innovation and supporting your team to deliver an engaging curriculum that prepares students for successful careers in digital and creative fields.

This role focuses on teaching, learning, and assessment excellence, ensuring learners and your team have an outstanding experience and develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and attributes for career progression.

Faculty Coordinators will collaborate with you to maintain high-quality organisation and compliance.

This position may involve teaching responsibilities. You don't need to have taught these subjects previously, as you'll join a large group with a supportive infrastructure and tools to help you succeed.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our City of Oxford College campus, with travel requirements to Blackbird Leys college.

Succeeding as a Faculty Manager

You will be an inspiring manager, responsible for developing teachers and assessors to improve team performance and enhance the student experience.

Essential qualities include an aptitude for using technology to enhance learning, good planning and organisational skills, and experience leading or facilitating outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment with excellent outcomes for learners.

A deep understanding of UAL, BTEC, and T Level qualifications standards is also crucial.

In addition, you must possess a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students while modelling the attributes we develop in our learners.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
