About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Engagement Manager to join our Siteimprove implementation team. This role will play a critical part in driving value immediately for our customer implementations, managing the project and successful execution throughout the client implementation.

  1. Manage and facilitate all aspects of SaaS implementation project for new accounts, including scoping, execution, and change request management.
  2. Work closely with executive project sponsors and stakeholders in defining project goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define implementation plans and deliver against the plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of a coordinated set of plans and programs for all phases to meet the goals and priorities of the projects.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver immediate value to the customer, while setting customers up for long-term success.
  • Establish and manage communication and risk management plans.
  • Monitor and track project progress and work efforts on a daily/weekly basis, and report project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, planning, tracking; preferably with SaaS products.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and coordination skills.
What We Will Love About You
  • Formal project management training and/or certification; PMP Certification, a strong plus.
  • Proficient in software projects/products implementation.
  • Experience in using project management and presentation tools.

This role requires a valid Passport and may involve 20%+ travel and working outside of regular hours.
