Role Overview

The Office of Health Economics is seeking an External Engagement Officer to drive our engagement efforts and amplify our reach. As part of our team, you'll work with leading economists to connect groundbreaking research in health economics with a global audience, fostering partnerships and delivering high-profile events.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with strong project management skills. You will lead and coordinate OHE's webinars, annual lectures, and other key events, working closely with research, marketing, and communications teams to ensure impactful delivery.

In addition to managing OHE's external engagement activities, including events, partnerships, educational initiatives, and internal coordination, you will also be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships, managing sponsorships, and disseminating OHE's research to key audiences.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, event management, public relations, or a related field. Proven experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement, as well as strong digital event platforms and social media skills, are essential.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and comes with a competitive benefits package, including 25 days holiday plus 3 days off at Christmas, 6% minimum employer pension contributions, life assurance, private medical insurance, travel insurance, and a monthly wellbeing allowance.
