About the Job
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Professional to join our team, providing technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- A good technical background across Infrastructure and Networking, including experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS, WAN Technologies, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows and Exchange Server, Active Directory, MFA, Endpoint Manager, M365, SharePoint, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
