N Consulting Limited requires a seasoned Global IT Service Desk Professional to provide high-quality technical support to our clients in Birmingham, UK.
This contract position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in incident management, service request fulfillment, and technical support delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Manage incoming calls/emails, prioritize tasks, and adhere to the company's incident management process.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including desktop, network, printer, Active Directory, O365, Lotus Notes, and email-related problems.
- Process Improvement: Analyze ticket trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
Candidates should possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
An understanding of ITIL process and service management frameworks would be beneficial.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling calls/emails in an international help desk environment.
- Extensive knowledge of ITIL process and service management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop improvement strategies.
