About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our ambitious and high-performing sales team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business objectives in two of our biggest major multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute exceptional business plans with key grocery and online customers to maximize sales of our products during key trading periods.
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) and forecasting to deliver value, volume, and profit metrics.
  • Ensure the physical availability of our hero products across main estate formats, including convenience, dotcom, forecourts, cafes, and front-of-store.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including buying, supply chain, category, and format teams.
  • Utilize customer systems to maximize sales, including availability, compliance, and promo management.
  • Deliver top-class in-store and online visibility through the implementation of point-of-sale (POS) displays, secondary displays, online media, and other promotional activities.
  • Lead and develop one direct report, providing support and guidance on customer delivery and professional development.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of driving sales and profitability in the FMCG industry, with experience working on large-scale accounts.
  • Outcome-focused and results-driven, with a strong ability to deliver tangible business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilience and tenacity, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and challenging situations.
