About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our ambitious and high-performing sales team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in the Out-of-Home (OOH) channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans with key customers in the OOH channel to maximize sales of our products during key trading periods.
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) and forecasting for assigned accounts, delivering value, volume, and gross profit percentage (GP%) metrics.
  • Expand our product range in key customers across the OOH channel, with a focus on winning new business.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category, and format teams.
  • Utilize customer systems to maximize sales, including influencing availability, compliance, promotion management.
  • Deliver top-class visibility and penetration through in-store promotions, secondary displays, and sampling activities.
  • Work with the Category Manager to deliver insights that drive significant business benefits.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in the FMCG industry, with experience working on large accounts.
