Job Description:- Manage kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production
- Design and implement new menu ideas and specials
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Proven experience as a Head of Culinary Operations or similar role
- Able to think creatively and come up with innovative menu ideas
- Strong leadership and communication skills
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum
