We are seeking a skilled Hardware Support Specialist to join our team as an End User IT Engineer. As a key member of our EUS Hardware Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for plant floor and engineering sites.

As a Hardware Support Specialist, you will be the face of IT, working closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues. You will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify focus points for problem resolution and documenting root cause analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for plant floor and engineering sites
  • Work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Analyze data to identify focus points for problem resolution
  • Document root cause analyses
  • Identify and document user and service risks and issues
  • Coordinate incident resolution activity within and across IT teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of plant IT/manufacturing devices
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dell laptop/desktop and engineering workstations
  • IT literate with good communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work alone when required
  • Basic Windows OS level troubleshooting skills
