Job Title: EUS Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled EUS Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Hardware Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our manufacturing equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for manufacturing equipment and systems
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Client Operating systems and applications
  • ITIL Foundation certified, ideally ITIL Incident/Problem Practitioner
  • Excellent working knowledge of Plant IT/Manufacturing devices
  • Excellent client-level networking/TCP troubleshooting skills
  • Practical methodical approach for fault diagnosis and remediation
  • Good awareness of Occupational Health and H&S Standards
  • Able to work under pressure and to strict SLA requirements
  • IT literate with good communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work alone when required
