Job Title: End User Hardware Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled End User Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our EUS H/W support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and their operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for End User Incidents and own all IT-related issues on behalf of our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of people to support the wider business agenda.
  • Identify and document User and Service Risks and Issues.
  • Co-ordinate incident resolution activity within and across IT teams, to ensure actions are completed within timescales.
  • Remain visible to customers as the face of IT to listen to their concerns and share as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Plant IT/Manufacturing devices, such as HP laser, thermal and impact printers.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dell Laptop/Desktop and engineering workstations.
  • IT Literate with good communication skills.
  • Ability and confidence to work alone when required.
  • Basic Windows OS level troubleshooting skills.
