We are seeking an experienced End User Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients across various manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for plant floor and engineering sites, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of various hardware devices, including printers, laptops, and desktops.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical needs and provide timely support.
  • Document and analyze technical issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Excellent working knowledge of plant IT/manufacturing devices, such as HP laser, thermal, and impact printers.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dell laptop/desktop and engineering workstations.
  • IT literate with good communication skills.
  • Ability and confidence to work alone when required.
  • Basic Windows OS level troubleshooting skills.
