We are seeking an experienced End User Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our EUS Hardware Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients\u2019 plant floor and engineering sites.

Your primary focus will be on resolving end-user incidents and owning all IT-related issues on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for plant floor and engineering sites
  • Resolve end-user incidents and own all IT-related issues
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure incident resolution and problem management
  • Document user and service risks and issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of plant IT/manufacturing devices, such as HP laser, thermal, and impact printers
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dell laptop/desktop and engineering workstations
  • IT literate with good communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work alone when required
  • Basic Windows OS level troubleshooting skills
